Stacks for Windows 7

7Stacks is a little tool which lets you create the well known ‘Stacks’ from Max OS X in Windows 7 (and Vista, XP). Of course it’s not as elegant as the original, but at least it’s now possible.

I’ve played around a little with the tool and it works so far. However there are some issues. If you choose a directory with lots of items the performance is awful (on my machine). I hope newer versions will improve that. Furthermore it’s currently impossible to use some stuff as stack, for example the Games-Explorer or a Windows 7 ‘Library’.
