If you have no idea how it works, you will never be able to write good and correct thread-safe code. Of course, you can read the specification, but who ever does that \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/parleys.com\/display\/PARLEYS\/The+Closures+Controversy?showComments=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Closures Controversy<\/a>: How to implement closures in Java or even leave it out? Thx to <a title=\"http:\/\/cocaman.ch\/wp\/\" href=\"http:\/\/cocaman.ch\/wp\/\">cocaman<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/daniel.lorch.cc\/2007\/12\/30\/whats_next_after_java\/\">daniel.lorch<\/a> for this tip.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programming General<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/video.google.com\/videoplay?docid=-3733345136856180693\">How To Design A Good API and Why it Matters<\/a>: If you&#8217;re programming for a living, you have to see this talk!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/emea\/spotlight\/sessionh.aspx?videoid=533&amp;PUID=000340018121710E\">New Cryptography: Algorithms, APIs, and Architecture<\/a>: I&#8217;m not a cryptography-guy, but I&#8217;ve found this talk really cool. Well at the end, it centered around the windows-world an how they&#8217;ve implemented some stuff, but the first part is pretty general.
